2021 - Booking from Friday to Sunday is $8750*
**NYS Sales Tax of 8% will be added to the weekend price.

Available for Bookings May - November. Contact Ron for details about specific dates. 

​Please review our FAQ page to confirm which services are included in your weekend price. You can find most additional services through Sweet Bough Wedding Collective. They have compiled a comprehensive list of vetted local wedding and event vendors.

Security Deposit: To reserve your date a $1000 security deposit is required which will be returned after the event providing there are no damages.
Weekend Price Includes:
  • On-site private accommodations for up to 14 people in the "Victorian Home" and "Love Shack" (summer bungalow)
  • Ceremony site with custom built wedding arch
  • Private road and parking lot for wedding guests
  • On-site hookups for water & electric for restrooms (See FAQ page)
  • Wi-Fi throughout the property
  • Hot tub and pool for use by house guests
  • Cable TV for house guests
  • Separate parking area for house guests

​The weekend activities can include whatever your hearts desire: rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding reception & dinner, brunch each morning. 

Availability

Our season runs from May-November. Because the barn is not heated, we are unable to host winter weddings.
