Built in the 1870's for one of the most well-to-do farm families of Upstate New York, it's one of the area's most meticulously maintained and refurbished Victorian farmhouses from this time period. Lovingly re-built for comfort and relaxation. Complete with master staircase, high ceilings, finely crafted woodworking and crown molding, a large living room, and a open air front porch.

Six interior bedrooms, the outdoor Love Shack, and three baths - sleeps 12-14 people. A perfect spot for entertaining friends and family.

High ceilinged living room with 60-inch HDTV Smart TV, Blue Ray player, and comfortable sofas, Broadband internet, WiFi and cable TV are included.

Spacious kitchen with 2 separate dining areas, a large family room, and dining area overlooks the grounds and gardens.

Beautiful in-ground outdoor stone pool and hot tub is available for use by guests staying in the house.

The Love Shack
The Love Shack - is in a small rustic bungalow nestled between two outdoor garden beds. It has a queen size bed in a “Sundance style” that sleeps two.
Check-in Time: Most people check in on a Friday - The check-in to the house is at 3:00pm. On the day of check in you can be in the barn at noon decorating and setting up for the weekend.

Wedding Barn

The “Wedding Barn” is a horse barn from the 1870’s with two floors, an atrium, dance floor, prep kitchen, updated modern electric & is lit by a large cut crystal chandelier and antique style bulb string lights. The Barn can seat up to 200 people, and can be used for your rehearsal, wedding reception, dinner, dancing, brunch etc.

While it was designed to house horses, now its purpose is to serve as a dance floor and celebration space until the wee hours of the night. With the ability to decorate the barn however you need, think of the barn as a stunning blank canvas that can be customized exactly as you would like. 

CEREMONY: We have a custom built wooden arch located behind the barn looking over local fields and hills for your ceremony. Ceremonies can also be held in front of the barn, or inside depending on your preferences. 

KITCHEN: There are two refrigerators a freezer and a commercial sink in the barn’s prep-kitchen. The kitchen has its own entrance which can connect with a catering tent just outside the barn.

PARKING: Private drive and large lighted parking area, located to the side of the barn, with a tall fence blocking the parking lot from view during ceremony and celebrations.
